Text Message Notifications & Consent By using this App, you expressly consent to receive text (SMS) messages from CKs Need-A-Lift at the mobile number you provide. This includes but is not limited to: Ride request confirmations Estimated time of arrival (ETA) notifications Driver arrival alerts Ride fare estimates or updates Payment-related notifications Account-related communications Updates regarding Service availability, policies, or features Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by contacting support, though opting out of essential ride or account-related messages may affect your ability to use the service. 4. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or submitting a ride request. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You also agree not to: Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes Interfere with or disrupt App functionality or security Impersonate any person or entity 5. Ride Terms CKs Need-A-Lift provides local transportation coordination between riders and drivers. While we strive to ensure reliability, the Service is offered as-is and we make no guarantees regarding driver availability, timing, or completion of any ride request. Pricing is based on posted or pre-agreed rates, and may vary based on additional stops, wait times, or changes in destination. 6. Payments All payments must be made in accordance with the rates posted or provided to you during the ride request process. We may use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for delays or errors in those systems. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. 7. Privacy We value your privacy and will never sell your personal information. Information you provide will be used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CKs Need-A-Lift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App or related services. 9.
